Thermally Activated Building System (TABS) are water based heating or cooling system which consist of pipes embedded in the concrete slab. System TABS has a lot of advantages. This system maximally uses energy intended for heating or cooling and therefore ensures appropriate komfort and saving energy. System is loaded by slow response which causes control problematic. This problems are solved using preditive control which is advanced control method intended for slow systems. This work is focused for teoretical description TABS systems and proposal of construct and control by PLC (Programmable Logic Controler.
