This work is about designing and making project which should help in the work for doctors - neurologs. This could make an easy way for the filing forms like Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) and make investigation of people with Parkinson disease easier by Pocket Digital Assistant (PDA) with the option to make setup on desktop or laptop computer
