PID Control of Temperature Plant

The aim of this thesis is to describe a laboratory heating system, which is controlled by digital PID controller AC10. In addition there is also a general introduction to control theory, consisting of a mathematical description of the system, system identification and PID control. Included laboratory measure task allows students attending the course to practice and observe the regulation processes and different behaviour of the particular controller used. Complete laboratory guide includes also expected solutions for each measure exercise to be used by the masters.
