Switching device for fMRI measurement

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design computer controlled switching device of
stimulation signals for deep brain stimulation during Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging
(fMRI) experiment. This device has already used in hospital Na Homolce but it contains a lot of
technical disadvantages. The goal of this thesis is to take out that disadvantages and to design new
and better device. Next goal is to make technical documentation for this device. This thesis also
acquainting reader with curative method called deep brain stimulation and Functional Magnetic
Resonance Imaging.
