Design of cascade control

This work analyses in which combination of dynamics of internal and external loops is cascade control more advantageous than conventional PID control. It describes advantages and disadvantages of cascade control in supressing disturbances and robustness to change of parameters compared with conventional PID control. For comparison was used cascade control with two loops nested into each other. In three chapters are described the results of simulations of dynamics, in which is inner loop faster, identical or slower than outer loop. According to assignment cascade control is designed with using of PID regulators. All simulations and schemas were created in MATLAB and Simulink.
