Automatic machine for bonding ferrite cores of inductors

This bachelor thesis deals with a design of an automatic machine for bonding of ferromagnetic into inductors cores which will be used in the company of Protech group, s.r.o., Plánice u Klatov. In the thesis is briefly described a technological process of glueing ferromagnetic cores into inductors. The described process is the basis of a design of a bonding automaton. In the later chapters are described mechanical parts which created the foundations for electrical and pneumatical actuators. Used sensors and their applications are described as well. In the thesis is described the chosen control system and its inputs and outputs. Finally, a design of an control algorithm is described in brief.
