The aim of this thesis is to create design documentation of instrumentation and control of technologies in family house. Technologies include heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Heat sources are solar collectors and gas boiler. Thereinafter this thesis considers the creation of algorithms for managing these technologies. There is made visualization via web server for comfortable and easy operating.
