This thesis deals with the analysis, design and implementation of solution for working with debtors in information system for electronic toll collection. The theoretical part of this thesis analyzes the requirements in solution for working with debtors. It compares existing solutions for processes description and their processing. Proposes software's solution and business process of solution for working with debtors. The practical part deals implementation and testing.
